Who Are We?

The University at Buffalo Football program brings pride and tradition to our campus as we strive to win championships with integrity and accountability.  We are New York’s Public Powerhouse and we inspire academic and athletic excellence through an unwavering commitment to our student athletes.  Champions are crowned during the season, but championships are earned long before competition begins.  It takes determination and sacrifice from the entire team to achieve success at the highest levels. 

Our summer strength & conditioning period has begun with a vengeance and we’re getting bigger, faster and stronger by the day.  HERE is how we lead the charge!

Why Do We Need Your Help?

As the team works tirelessly to bring exciting football to WNY we also know that our team goes beyond the 115 athletes on the roster.  It takes a village of coaches, trainers, support staff, fans and donors to get the job done.  UB Athletics continues to improve & grow as we seek to provide the best facilities for our student athletes.  The Murchie Family Football Center has seen many upgrades in recent years and is a key element of our facility portfolio.  Not only do these enhancements contribute to the performance of our athletes, they also play an important role in recruiting the next generation of great athletes. 

This is WHY we need YOUR help!  As our facilities receive upgrades there are still a few items needed.  Currently, the shoe dryer that we have is insufficient for a team of 115 players.  One thing that can get in our way is wet shoes and equipment - which can limit our practice and game productivity.  We are asking YOU, our loyal fans, to help us out by contributing to the purchase of two new shoe dryers.  These will be a welcome addition to our locker room!
